Time Emotion Studies e.V. is a Berlin- and Brandenburg-based non-profit organisation founded in 2024 by a collective of internationally active artists, musicians, and curators. United by years of collaboration, shared values, and a deep commitment to experimental and socially engaged artistic practices, we work at the intersection of contemporary sound, community engagement, and interdisciplinary art. Our focus is on creating platforms for artistic exchange, with particular attention to underrepresented formats and voices in the fields of sound art, music, and performance.

Our flagship project is Yellow House — Kulturhangar Neuhardenberg, a disused Aircraft Hangar located near the small Brandenburg town of Neuhardenberg.

We are renovating and developing this wonderful space into a dedicated venue for concerts, residencies, workshops, and experimental formats in sound and contemporary music.

As an association, we are committed to decentralisation, inclusivity, and long-term engagement — both in rural and
urban contexts, in Brandenburg, Berlin, and beyond

A dedicated venue and team for concerts, residencies, workshops, and experimental formats in sound and contemporary music.
